Arkansas Career Pathways - Your Path To A Brighter Future Eligibility
  
"Now I can go to school and get a better job in just a year or two."

Career Pathways Initiative serves current and former Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) recipients, or TANF eligible students, currently or newly enrolled at one of the participating public two-year colleges in Arkansas or in a program administered by participating two-year colleges.

You must be an adult caretaker, parent or relative of a child living in the home under the age of 21 deemed financially needy because you are / have:

  • A former or current rerecipient of TEA cash assistance; or
  • A current recipient of Food Stamps, ARKids or
  • Medicaid; or Earnings are at the 250% of the Federal Poverty Level or less.

If you do not meet Pathway's qualifications but would still like to attend college, please contact your local two-year college's financial aid office to learn about other financial aid programs, scholarships and grants available.
